The integration of leisure and fun into the workplace has significantly increased in a modern day workplace and have dedicated methods of applications. They are considered as effective motivator in organisational success. As organizations struggle with the increasing pressure to retain talent and maintain high productivity, understanding the subtle yet impactful role of recreation in shaping employee experiences has become essential. In this study, using a detailed empirical approach, the study explores the relationship between workplace recreational activities and employee job satisfaction in an emerging economy. The overall results deducted from the primary quantitative investigation indicate that the employees in the field considered exhibit a moderate level of agreement regarding the positive effects of these activities on their job satisfaction. Further, the regression model generated from the statistical analysis revealed that physical fitness and entertainment activities have a statistically significant impact on employee job satisfaction, whereas mental well-being did not demonstrate significant effects.
