Adolescents in coastal Kerala are regularly exposed to environmental dangers and psychological stressors that negatively impact their psychological resilience and mental health. Therefore, applying interventions during calamities is crucial. This study aims to develop, and pilot test a program developed to enhance the psychological resilience of adolescents living in the coastal areas of Kerala, India. Conklin’s developmental model was used to develop the intervention program. The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-25), focus groups, and interviews were used to identify the main issues. The developed Cognitive Adaptation Motivation Program (CAMP), which integrates cognitive, adaptive, and motivational theories, was implemented over six weeks at a rate of 60 minutes per session to the 10 participants. Results of the single-group pilot experiment showed a significant difference in the pre- and post-test scores of the participants. Adolescents in Kerala, India’s coastal region, demonstrated significant enhancement after participating in the CAMP program.
