The sample of the study comprises 48 female prospective teachers studying in a teacher education programme during their fourth-year internship. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling from a teacher education programme enrolled in a college of University of Delhi. The result of the study showed that technology influences prospective teachers’ well-being and happiness both positively and negatively in their professional and personal spheres.
