This study explores the relationship between gratitude, anxiety, and spiritual well-being among Christian students aged 19 to 25 years residing in Hubballi, Karnataka. A total of 83 participants (42 males & 41 females) were selected through purposive sampling from Berachah Christian Assembly, Lal Bahadur Colony, Gadag Road, Hubballi-580020, Karnataka, India. Standardized tools including the Gratitude Questionnaire-6 (McCullough et al., 2002), Beck Anxiety Inventory (Beck et al., 1990), and the Spiritual Well-being Scale (Ellison, 1983) were used for data collection. The findings indicated significant associations among the three variables. Higher levels of gratitude were linked with lower anxiety and enhanced spiritual well-being. Results highlight gratitude as a potential buffer against anxiety. The study contributes to faith-based mental health research. Implications for spiritual and psychological interventions are discussed.
