This research studied the effect of manifestation meditation on perceived stress and self-esteem in young adults. A group of 63 individuals, aged 18 to 33 years were randomly assigned to either an experimental group (N=33) or a Control group (N=30). After measuring the pretest, the experimental group was exposed to six manifestation meditation videos and five uniquely drafted audios for a period of 21 days. Mindfulness-based interventions were carried out followed by the manifestation of core aspects like self, future goals, Relationships, etc., and their effect on perceived stress and self-esteem was then calculated. Post intervention results indicated a low perceived stress quotient and a high self-esteem quotient (including the performance self-esteem, social self-esteem & appearance self-esteem) within the experimental group. In contrast, findings showed a negligible difference in the control group mean scores when the pre-test and post-test scores were compared. In conclusion, manifestation meditation was found to have a positive influence on perceived stress and self-esteem among individuals.
