The present study aims to explore the interplay between the variables, well-being, procrastination and internet Addiction and their link with adolescents’ well-being across two distinct age groups: 11-14 years and 15-18 years adolescents of both genders (male & female). A total of 155 participants (78 males & 77 females) were selected from Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh, which included the age range of 11-14 years (early adolescents) and 15-18 years (Late adolescents). The samples were selected through a convenient sampling method. General Procrastination Scale (Lay, 1986), Internet Addiction Scale (Young, 1996), and Psychological Well-being Scale (Ryff et al., 2007) were used to collect data. The results of the study indicated that there were found age- based significant differences in internet addiction and the findings revealed a significant positive correlation between procrastination and internet addiction among males. There is no significant correlation observed among females.
