Leadership describes the power within people to encourage their groups toward successful goal attainment and exceptional performance improvement. The research focuses on studying distinct leadership approaches and their consequences on staff health as well as workplace conditions. The research combines systematic evaluations of published literature and qualitative data from 15 participants which include five organizational leaders and two members working under each leader in an architectural organization. The total number of participants in the target group equals fifteen. Bolman and Deal’s four-frame model provided the organizational structure for conducting this research study. Seven themes arose during the qualitative manual thematic analysis which included democratic vs autocratic leadership and collaboration and team growth and involvement vs micromanagement along with human relationships and powerful leadership combined with work culture versus traditional culture. All leaders in this organization adopt multiple leadership views which include human resources, structural, political and symbolic frames. The research uses leadership as its subject matter and examines leadership styles while studying work-related well-being and employee satisfaction through Bolman and Deal’s four-frame model using qualitative methods.
