Stress among young adults is a pervasive issue impacting physical and psychological well-being. This study explores the effects of mindfulness meditation on flourishing and hope among university students. A sample of 25 participants engaged in a structured intervention involving body scan meditation and gratitude journaling over 20 sessions. The Flourishing Scale (Diener et al., 2010); and The Adult Hope Scale (Snyder et al., 1991); assessed changes in psychological well-being across three intervals. Statistical analyses revealed significant improvements in agency and pathways, with modest increases in flourishing scores. This study underscores the role of mindfulness in enhancing resilience and well-being, providing avenues for future research and practical interventions (Diener et al., 2010; Snyder et al., 1991).
