This venture aims to explore how Attributional Style is related to Personality, as well as Stressful Life Events. A total of 100 employed adults, aged between 23 and 28 years, of both genders, were selected using the General Health Questionnaire. To achieve the goals of this research, participants completed the Attributional Style Questionnaire (Peterson et al., 1982); Presumptive Stressful Life Events Scale (Singh et al., 1986); and Neo Five Factor Inventory (Costa & McCrae, 1992). The negative correlation of Positive Attributional Style with Neuroticism has been found, while it is related positively with Openness to Experience and Conscientiousness. Negative Attributional Style was positively correlated with Neuroticism and negatively related to other four personality factors. Additionally, results reveal the negative connection between Negative Attributional Style and Stressful Life Events.
