The current study explored the perspectives of young people with regard to their health and well-being. 170 college students in the ages of 18-24 were included in the study. The responses of the youth were gathered through a survey-based Google questionnaire pertaining to five domains and an open-ended question. “ To improve my well-being I want ……..” The data analyses indicated that young people prioritised education and employment opportunities, good health and optimum nutrition and a safe and supportive environment. The word frequency analyses of the textual responses highlighted education, skills, employment, good health and youth counselling as the prominent themes of well-being.
