Character strengths are ethical facets of personality. Mental health refers to individuals’ ability to cope with daily challenges of life by optimum utilization of skills. The aim of the study was to examine the influence of character strengths on mental health. The participants were 400 college students. Value in Action Inventory-72 by McGrath was used to measure Character strengths. Psychological well-being scale developed by Sisodia and Choudary was used to assess mental health. Data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Results showed that participants with high character strengths found to have better mental health and vice versa.
